Obverse description Central field features the large crowned royal cipher of King Christian X, the interlaced monogram CX surmounted by an ornate crown. The date 1941 is divided by the monogram, with '19' to the left and '41' to the right of the crown. The circular legend 'KONGE AF DANMARK' runs along the upper periphery. The mintmaster's initials 'N' and 'S', separated by a heart mintmark, appear at the base of the field below the monogram.
