| Obverse description | The face of this wartime emergency certificate is printed in black on white paper with a geometric guilloche border running the full perimeter, with the denomination numeral "5" repeated vertically on both lateral margins. The Commonwealth of the Philippines seal appears as a circular vignette at the lower right, while the bold letterpress legend "FIVE PESOS" dominates the centre field. Three facsimile signature lines appear at the foot, assigned respectively to the Acting Provincial Treasurer (Member), the Provincial Auditor (Chairman), and the Provincial Fiscal (Member) of the Bohol Emergency Currency Board. |
