Obverse description Central oval vignette bearing a portrait of Antonio Nariño in military uniform, flanked by large numeral 5 on each side, with a vignette of a condor to the right. Intricate guilloche underprint in green and pink tones frames the design, with the denomination in bold letterpress at the bottom centre. Date and place of issue reading "Bogotá, 20 de Julio de 1915" appear at lower right, with three facsimile signatures of the Junta de Conversión members below.
