| Obverse description | Central design features eight overlapping portrait busts of Filipino overseas workers (OFWs) representing various occupations, rendered in relief against a circular field with a faint outline of an aircraft in the background. The legend REPUBLIKA NG PILIPINAS arcs along the upper periphery, while BAGONG BAYANI (New Heroes) appears in large letters along the lower periphery.
