Reverse description The reverse is printed in dark teal-green with an intricate guilloche border of repeated rosettes and geometric lathe-work framing the entire note. The central vignette, set within an oval guilloche frame, depicts two allegorical female figures with a harp, accompanied by a smaller cherubic figure, rendered in fine intaglio engraving. Large numeral 5 counters appear in oval guilloche panels at left and right, with the word CINCO inscribed above and below the central vignette. The printer's imprint American Bank Note Co. New York appears in small lettering beneath the central vignette.
