| Obverse description | Plain cream paper note of utilitarian design, with the issuer's name POLSKA KRAJOWA KASA POŻYCZKOWA running vertically along the left margin within a narrow guilloche panel. The central text field carries the denomination inscription PRZEKAZ na Mp 50,000,000 in large letterpress type, with the full written-out value marek polskich pięćdziesiąt miljonów in italic script below.
