| Obverse description | A condor with wings spread wide occupies the central field, depicted in left profile with head raised and beak open, perched atop a globe. The bird grasps a shield bearing the Chilean coat of arms — divided horizontally with a star in the lower half — and holds a laurel branch in its right talon. The national motto POR LA RAZON O LA FUERZA arcs along the upper periphery between a beaded inner border and the milled edge.
