| Reverse description | Printed entirely in red-orange on cream paper, the reverse centres on a large oval guilloche vignette enclosing an allegorical female figure — a classical reclining personification of Commerce or Abundance — surrounded by fine lathe-work engine-turning. The oval is inscribed with the bank name along its upper arc and LA HABANA along the lower arc, and is flanked on each side by smaller circular guilloche ornaments bearing the numeral 50. The denomination CINCUENTA CENTAVOS appears in the upper and lower margins, with the printer's imprint visible at the foot of the note. |
