| Obverse description | Plain paper emergency note with a simple rectangular border frame. The upper portion carries the text declaring the Misamis Occidental Agency of the Philippine National Bank will pay to the bearer, with the denomination '50 CENTAVOS' printed in the left and right panels and 'FIFTY CENTAVOS' in large letters across the centre.
