| Obverse description | Printed in blue-green on a pale yellow-green guilloche underprint, the face is enclosed within an elaborate scalloped and scrollwork border. The central panel carries the bank name in Chinese characters above the large denomination in Korean script, set against a fine lathe-work guilloche background, with ornamental cartouches bearing the numeral '50' at each corner. The issue date '1947' appears within a recessed panel at the base of the central design. |
