| Obverse description | The note is printed in dark brown ink on a cream-coloured paper ground covered with an intricate guilloche underprint. The centre carries a large ornamental cartouche with the Cyrillic inscription ЛИБАВСКОЕ ГОРОДСКОЕ САМОУПРАВЛЕНИЕ arranged in three decorative banner lines, enclosing a small shield-shaped vignette of the Libau coat of arms. Denomination numerals '50' appear in each corner within circular guilloche rosettes, with '50 Коп.' to the left and '50 Сор.' to the right of the cartouche; the date '1915 г.' is set at lower left, and anti-counterfeiting warnings run vertically along both lateral margins. |
