| Obverse description | The left portion of the note carries an oval vignette of a classically rendered female head in profile, surrounded by a decorative border, printed in rose-red intaglio. To its right, the central field bears an elaborate guilloche underprint over which the denomination "PÄŤDESIAT KORUN ČESKOSLOVENSKÝCH" is set in bold letterpress, flanked by the Czechoslovak state coat of arms within an ornate foliate vignette. The issuer name "NÁRODNÁ BANKA ČESKOSLOVENSKÁ" appears below, accompanied by printed facsimile signatures and the series and serial number in the lower left. |
