Banca Română de Fantezie does not exist. This is a fantasy note — a privately produced piece with no monetary authority, no legal tender status, and no connection to the Banca Națională a României or any recognized issuing institution. The "BR de Fantasy" designation makes no attempt to disguise this, which at least distinguishes it from the more problematic category of fantasy notes designed to deceive.
