Reverse description Central design features a vertical khanda (double-edged sword) or khadga flanked by two symmetrical floral-and-foliate laurel branches meeting at the top to form a wreath, all contained within a circular inner border. Below the wreath, the denomination inscription 'पचास पैसा' (Fifty Paisa) is rendered in Devanagari script across two lines. Surrounding the central circle is an ornate scalloped border divided into petal-shaped lobes, each containing Devanagari text with the royal honorifics and king's name. The field is enclosed by a fine dotted rim.
