Obverse description The face of this Bono del Tesoro is dominated by a central circular vignette bearing the coat of arms of Honduras — a triangular device with a radiant eye above a landscape, encircled by the legend of the republic and dated 16 September 1821 — flanked by ornate floral and scroll border panels. To the upper left, a handstamp of the República de Honduras is visible alongside a class designation reading '2.ª clase' and a manuscript serial number 'Núm.' at upper right. The lower portion carries three signature lines attributed to El Contador Mayor, El Ministro de Hacienda, and El Tesorero General, with manuscript signatures beneath each.
