| Obverse description | Black on green underprint, with an oval overprint reading "Emissión del Estado" applied at center. The central vignette presents a view of the Legislative Palace (today the Museo Cabildo) in Asunción, flanked by the face value expressed in both letters and numerals on either side. The country name arches across the top of the note and the issuing bank's name appears below, with the authorizing law inscription integrated into the lower portion of the design. |
