| Obverse description | Central vignette shows a group of African wildlife in an open savanna landscape, including a rhinoceros in the foreground, an elephant, Cape buffalo, giraffe, and zebra beneath a bare acacia tree, rendered in fine intaglio line work over a pale yellow-green guilloche underprint. The bank name in Arabic script (بنك السودان المركزي) runs across the top, with the denomination in Arabic numerals and script at lower centre; a single governor's signature appears at lower left above the Arabic title المحافظ. A vertical holographic foil stripe is affixed to the right margin, displaying colour-shifting wildlife motifs and the numeral 50. |
