Additional information

Crimea has no independent mint, no currency-issuing authority, and no legal framework under which this piece was produced — it is a fantasy issue, struck by a private manufacturer and sold as a novelty collectible. Such items proliferated after the 2014 annexation, exploiting political ambiguity for the souvenir market. It is not legal tender anywhere and never has been.
