Reverse description A dynamic depiction of a pairs figure skating couple occupies the central field, the male skater supporting his partner in an extended lift pose, both rendered in fine relief. To the right, a framed Olympic emblem incorporating the five rings and a snowflake motif is inscribed with the years 84-94, commemorating the decade between the 1984 Sarajevo and 1994 Lillehammer Winter Games. The denomination D500 appears in the lower field. The surrounding legend XVII ZIMSKE OLIMPIJSKE IGRE arcs across the top, with SARAJEVO and LILLEHAMMER flanking the base, separated by ornamental stars.
