РЗ Заеднички Dejnosti — roughly "Public Utility Services Enterprise" — was a municipal-level organization in Skopje, not a bank or monetary authority. Notes issued under such bodies during Yugoslavia's dissolution period were essentially internal scrip: wage supplements, canteen vouchers, or stop-gap payment instruments used when the federal banking system could no longer guarantee liquidity to state enterprises.

The "RTS, Skopje" designation links this to a specific enterprise rather than a republic-level issuer, placing it firmly in the category of non-bank emergency scrip rather than transitional currency proper.
