The BEAC 500 Francs series ran across seven dated issues through the 1990s with remarkable signature stability — Mamalepot held his position throughout the entire run, while the countersignatory changed only twice. The 1993 date is the outlier, signed by Mebara rather than Ognagna, making it the shortest-tenured pairing in the series. Ognagna then held that secondary position from 1994 through 1999 before Aleka-Rybert appeared on the 2000 issue.
P#301F circulated across six CFA Franc zone member states simultaneously, with individual country codes distinguishing notes intended for Cameroon, Chad, Congo, Gabon, the Central African Republic, and Equatorial Guinea.
