| Obverse description | Against a multicolour guilloche underprint, the denomination numeral '500' appears in the upper-left corner, with a black adhesive overprint stamp bearing the Slovak coat of arms and the inscription 'SLOVENSKÁ REPUBLIKA' with numerals '500 500' affixed centrally to validate the note as Slovak currency.
