Redonda is an uninhabited volcanic rock in the Caribbean — part of Antigua and Barbuda — with no government, no bank, and no currency. "Fantasy" issues attributed to fictional institutions on Redonda have circulated in the novelty and collector market since at least the 1990s, produced by private printers with no issuing authority behind them. This particular example, on polymer substrate, is a modern production aimed squarely at the souvenir trade.
