| Obverse description | The obverse displays the national emblem of Mongolia (Soyombo) set within an ornate cartouche at center, flanked on either side by vertical Traditional Mongolian script characters in the field. Below the emblem, a decorative script legend reads 'Монгол Банк' (Bank of Mongolia) with an ornamental flourish beneath it, followed by a stylized olive branch. The denomination '500' and 'ТӨГРӨГ' are boldly inscribed in the lower field. Along the lower rim, the legend 'MONGOLIA 25 g 925,0 SILVER' is incused, and the entire design is bordered by a prominent serrated milled edge. |
