At upper left, a bird vignette perches atop a decorative panel bearing the denomination numeral 5000, with a large pale watermark oval to its right. A holographic dove foil patch appears at lower right, and two manuscript signatures below the title lines identify the 1er Vice Gouverneur and Gouverneur respectively. |
