| Reverse description | Central design features a large colour-printed portrait of Undur Gegeen Zanabazar (1635–1723), the first Jebtsundamba Khutughtu and celebrated Mongolian Buddhist spiritual leader and sculptor, depicted as a young monk wearing ornate red and gold ceremonial robes, set against a deep blue circular halo background. The arched legend 'UNDUR GEGEEN G. ZANABAZAR (1635-1723)' curves along the upper left of the coin in raised Latin lettering against a polished black field. To the lower left, a small relief sculpture of a seated Buddhist deity — referencing Zanabazar's celebrated sculptural works — is accompanied by the date '2015'. To the right, a second small standing Buddhist figure in relief is flanked by the KM catalogue reference '380'. The composition combines colorized printing with fine proof relief work to highlight Zanabazar's dual legacy as a religious and artistic figure. |
