| Obverse description | Central field features the ornate coat of arms of the Senussi dynasty, comprising a crowned royal escutcheon bearing a crescent and star, flanked by decorative scrollwork and surrounded by a ring of six-pointed stars. The Arabic legend السنوسية (Senusiyya) arcs across the upper field, with the Latin transliteration SENUSIYYA inscribed prominently below it in large block letters. The Gregorian year 2025 appears to the lower left, while the Hijri year ١٤٤٦ (1446) is positioned to the lower right; the engraver's initials ВБ are visible in the lower right area of the field. The entire design is struck within a plain hexagonal planchet with a polished proof-like finish. |
