Obverse description Armored and draped bust of King Ferdinand VI facing right, rendered in high relief with an elaborate flowing periwig in the Baroque style. The king wears a cuirass adorned with decorative elements and a lace cravat, characteristic of mid-18th century royal portraiture. The surrounding circular legend reads FERDINAND·VI·D·G·HISPAN·ET IND·REX, identifying the monarch as King of Spain and the Indies by the grace of God. The date 1753 appears in the lower field, flanked by small rosette ornaments. A finely toothed border frames the entire obverse design.
