Reverse description The reverse bears a multi-line Arabic royal titulature legend struck in bold, deeply impressed characters across the oval flan, divided into distinct horizontal registers. The upper field presents the royal epithets of Shah Tahmasp I in flowing script, while the lower register contains the mint name and reign formula. The inscription names the ruler with his full honorific titles and records the Iravan mint, confirming the coin's place of issue in the Caucasian administrative region. The hammered strike has produced slight doubling and metal flow at the flan edges, consistent with Safavid provincial mint production. No pictorial devices or border ornaments are present.
