| Obverse description | Central field displays a quatrefoil rosette formed by four curved lobes, each lobe adorned with a pair of pellets, all enclosed within a beaded inner circle. The surrounding outer field bears a partial legend composed of stylized letter-like symbols or decorative characters, with a cross pattee visible at the top of the coin. The overall design is characteristic of the Romanesque hammered coinage tradition of the Styrian margraval mint. |

| Reverse description | Central field features an eight-spoked wheel or star motif enclosed within a double beaded circle, evoking a stylized wheel cross or rota design typical of mid-12th-century Austrian and Styrian bracteate-influenced coinage. The surrounding field carries a border of small decorative symbols or abbreviated letter forms distributed around the periphery of the flan. The irregular, broad flan and shallow relief are consistent with hammered pfennig production of the period. |
