Obverse description Bust of Athena facing right, wearing a Corinthian helmet with a raised crest and cheekpieces, the goddess rendered in high relief with fine Hellenistic workmanship. The facial features are delicately modeled, with a straight nose, almond-shaped eye, and softly defined chin characteristic of late Pergamene coinage. Wavy locks of hair emerge beneath the helmet, falling along the neck. The field is plain, with no legend or additional devices on the obverse.
