Obverse description Draped bust of Athena facing right, wearing a crested Attic helmet adorned with a serpent coil on the bowl and decorative elements on the crest. The goddess's facial features are rendered in a competent Hellenistic style, with flowing locks of hair visible beneath the helmet's cheek guard. A serpent is depicted descending along the left side of the field, a characteristic attribute associated with Athena. The overall composition is boldly struck on a broad, irregular flan typical of late Hellenistic civic bronze coinage.
