| Reverse description | Central field features a multi-line Arabic inscription within a lobed or cusped cartouche, containing the name and titles of Uljaytu Khan along with the mint and date formula. The cartouche is surrounded by an elaborate interlaced or floral decorative frame, itself enclosed within a beaded outer border consistent with the obverse. The legends are struck in Naskh script and the overall design reflects the standard Ilkhanid administrative coinage style of the early fourteenth century. |
