| Obverse description | Central field features a stylized tamgha (dynastic emblem) of the Jochid Golden Horde, rendered in bold relief characteristic of hammered Mongol coinage. The device is framed within a beaded or rope-pattern border running along the coin's irregular periphery. The tamgha motif, associated with the reign of Khan Toqta, occupies the majority of the flan. The surface shows typical die-struck irregularities consistent with hand-hammered silver coinage of the late 13th century. No inscriptions appear on this side. |
