Reverse description A kithara (lyre) depicted in full frontal view at centre, with seven strings suspended between the rounded resonating body and the crossbar, and two outward-curving arms surmounted by lateral finials. The instrument is rendered with careful detail, including the characteristic hollow body and string attachment. The city ethnic ΚΟΛΟΦΩ(Ν) is inscribed to the left of the kithara, reading downward, while the magistrate name ΑΜΙΝΙΑΣ appears to the right, also reading downward, both in Greek characters within the open field.
