| Reverse description | Central fire altar flanked by two attendants in the traditional Sasanian style, rendered in a schematic and increasingly stylized manner characteristic of Arab-Sasanian provincial coinage from Sijistan. The altar and attendants are enclosed within a circular border, with Pahlavi marginal legends surrounding the design in the outer field. Mint signature and regnal or hijri date appear in the margins or field quadrants, following standard Arab-Sasanian reverse conventions. The overall composition reflects the continuation of Zoroastrian iconography under early Abbasid provincial administration. |
