| Obverse description | Draped bust of the ruler facing right, wearing an elaborate crescent-surmounted crown with tiara-like headgear characteristic of Alchon Hunnic royal portraiture. To the right of the bust rises a prominent elongated floral motif — an elaborate flower on a long sinuous stalk — rendered in a stylized Central Asian manner. A Brahmi legend appears in the upper left field, reading 'SAHI', denoting the royal title. The neck is adorned with a beaded necklace, and the overall style reflects the fusion of late Sasanian and Gandharan artistic conventions typical of the Khingila coinage. |
