| Obverse description | Diademed bust of Phraates V facing left, with short beard and a single-banded diadem; a spiral torque with no visible terminal adorns the neck. Behind the royal head, Nike stands in a crowning attitude, extending a wreath toward the king. The portrait is rendered in the Hellenistic court style characteristic of late Arsacid coinage.
