| Reverse description | Plain, essentially blank reverse typical of this series of hammered Gond copper issues, displaying only the natural texture and surface irregularities of the roughly prepared copper flan. Faint incuse impressions from the striking process are visible across the surface, consistent with the primitive minting technique employed at the Devgarh mint. No design, legend, or device is present on this face. The flan edges are irregular and unfinished, characteristic of hand-cut copper blanks used for provincial coinage of this period. |
