Reverse description A bold long cross extends to the rim, dividing the reverse field into four quarters and partitioning the surrounding Latin legend into four segments. At the center of the cross, a small shield bearing the Danish arms is positioned at the intersection. The legend segments, reading clockwise, spell out the mint name of Aalborg. A beaded outer border frames the entire design, consistent with the hammered technique employed throughout this series.
