Obverse description Male bust facing right, the hair arranged in long flowing ringlets or braids characteristic of Himyarite royal portraiture, rendered in a schematic yet expressive style. A monogram appears to the left of the bust within the field. The design is framed by a beaded border that is divided by the bust, consistent with South Arabian coinage conventions of the period.
