Obverse description The obverse depicts the ornate Belle Époque façade of the Musée National de Monaco in high relief, with a tall palm tree in the foreground and a grand staircase at the base. The Principality's coat of arms appears in the upper field, with the legend 'PRINCIPAUTE DE MONACO' arcing along the upper rim and 'MUSEE NATIONAL' inscribed in the exergue area.
