| Obverse description | The obverse depicts two standing male figures facing each other in high relief: a younger man in traditional Czech folk costume holding a sheaf of wheat, and an older portly man in a modern suit. In the upper field, an all-seeing eye within a radiant triangle symbolizes providence. In the lower field, an industrial townscape with factory chimneys and a windmill is rendered in low relief.
