Reverse description Two cupped hands rendered in high relief cradle a large selectively gilt coin depicting the armored bust of Sigismund III Vasa in right profile, reproducing the obverse of the 100-ducat piece struck at Bydgoszcz in 1621. The surrounding legend of the original coin is clearly legible in the gilt relief, while the oxidized border of the medal carries the congress inscription and dates.
