Reverse description Frontal elevation of the Cecil Buildings, a two-storey colonial structure with three gabled bays and a central entrance, depicted in high relief. An early automobile is shown to the lower left of the building, and the date '1924' appears in the lower right field. The legend 'CECIL BUILDINGS' arcs along the upper border, and 'FIRST LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY' along the lower border. A small hallmark cartouche reading '925 SILVER' is visible at the bottom edge, with designer's initials 'W.M.' in the right field.
