Reverse lettering A Postal Order is payable at any Post Office unless it has been crossed.
A crossed Order is payable only through a bank account.
This Order is valid for six months only.
Thereafter payment is subject to:
— special application through any Postmaster or to the Chief Money Order Office;
— a charge equal to the original fee, plus postage on documents.
Payment may be refused if the Order contains any alteration or erasure, or is cut, defaced or otherwise mutilated.
Once this Order has been paid (to whomsoever it is paid), the Postmaster-General will not be liable for any further claim.
This counterfoil must be produced if any enquiry is made concerning this Postal Order.
Duplicates are issued for Orders unpaid six months after the last day of the month of issue.
A charge, equal to the original fee plus postage on documents, is payable upon lodgment of any enquiry.
