Reverse description A detailed architectural view of the Monte Carlo Casino with its ornate Beaux-Arts facade dominates the left and centre of the field, set against lush garden terraces leading to the Mediterranean Sea. Two early monoplane aircraft are depicted in flight in the upper right field. In the lower exergue, a rectangular cartouche flanked by laurel branches bears the issuing authority inscription. The engraver's signature SZIRMAÏ appears at lower left.
