| Reverse description | Central field depicts a vine leaf (lulav-like foliage motif) with a prominent stalk and spreading lobes, set against a flat field. The Hebrew inscription חרות ציון (The Freedom of Zion) is arranged in the field surrounding the central motif. The design is enclosed within a border of dots. The reverse flan is likewise irregularly shaped and the strike is characteristic of the hand-hammered technique employed during the First Jewish Revolt coinage. |
