Reverse description The reverse of this small hammered silver qirat is largely plain and featureless, presenting a smooth to lightly striated field resulting from the hammering process. The flan exhibits characteristic concavity and surface flow marks inherent to hand-struck Almoravid fractional coinage. No legible inscription or device is discernible on this face, consistent with the known type for this denomination where the reverse is typically blank or bears only faint incuse traces from the obverse strike.
