Reverse description A griffin or eagle-headed quadruped striding right, depicted with spread wings raised above the body, rendered in a bold and schematic provincial style. A palm branch rises to the left of the figure, occupying much of the field. A horizontal exergual line separates the central design from the lower field, below which appears the mint name in Iberian (Meridional) script. The overall composition is characteristic of the Iltiraka civic bronze series of the late Republican period.
